It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Catherine “Ma McMillan” Jno Baptiste Née Paul, Aged 81, of Newtown, who resided at Goodwill.
She peacefully transitioned on January 15th, 2026.
She leaves to mourn her loss:
Her devoted husband: James “McMillan” Jno Baptiste.
Her beloved children: Marvlyn, Marcus, Roland, And Burton Jno Baptiste.
Her cherished grandchildren: Marcus, Marlycus, And Brielle Jno Baptiste.
Her brother: Martin Paul.
Her nieces and nephews: Kimmey, Natasha, Minora, Nervel, Carlin, Steven, Gina, Geraldine, Ted, Desmond, Ken and Naisha, along with many grandnieces and grandnephews too numerous to mention.
Her God Children: Sabrina, Alvin, Zahir, Rons, Shermaine and Dwayne.
Her Close Friends, Loreen and Family, Rebecca and Family, Cyrilla and Family, Jollina and Family, Marsha and Family, Annie and Family, Ophelia and Family, The Xavier Family, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit, Hon. Chekira Lockhart Hypolite. and the extended communities of Newtown, Roseau, Kingshill, Grandbay, Giraudel, Eggleston and Goodwill.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, Newtown, on Monday, February 9th, 2026. Viewing begins at 2:30 p.m and Mass at 3:00 p.m., Followed By Interment at the Roseau Roman Catholic Cemetery.
