by making CHOICES that align with that. Let me introduce myself. I'm from Hungary and I'm 37 years old. I was a busy manager for nearly 10 years with lots of stress, so I decided to became a fitness instructor to take care of myself. Finally I realised healthy life starts in the kitchen, not in the gym, so I decided to follow this path and learn a lot about FOOD. I have 5 years of experience in healthy cooking. I have tested my cooking on my own body to see how it affects my energy level, weight and shape. I know Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw Vegan, Gluten free, Fruitarian-811, Paleo and Keto style. I can combine and set for you the best start, based on your food preference and goal. Because as I said each person is unique.

With smart food choice and combination + with a moderate sport -
You can get in shape, like never before! I don't believe in quick lose weight diet, but in a Balanced Fit Lifestyle!

Reaching high level of Happiness and Vibrant energy, is possible only if you train and practice on Mind and Spiritual level as well. Get rid of from bad habit, release old pain is not easy as long you don't change your mind and build up the trust, and believe that you can do it. I can help you to guide you as well, how to find the hidden things, that not helping you to get forward.

Wow, it’s hard to believe that Fitlife Anett has been exist for 10 amazing years! It’s been an incredible journey filled with unforgettable moments, and I am so grateful to each of you who have supported me along the way.

Whether it was through the cooking classes, Fitlife workouts, nourishing meals, or relaxing massages, I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with so many of you. Your energy, your friendship, and your commitment to bettering your lives have been my constant source of inspiration.
