Here are a few poses you can practice with your own aerial hammock — from grounding to flying — depending on your level, confidence, and curiosity.

Flying locust is amazing for stretching the front body, awakening the core, and accessing deeper backbends with support.
I always choose one or more variations depending on the level and needs of the students in class.

Balance and trust
Extended arms • Interlaced fingers • Heart opening

A beautiful partner between strength and softness.
The only real obstacle here? Letting go of fear and trusting the hammock to hold you 🌿
