How to have a clean skin naturally1
Know your skin type. Different skin types require different types of care. It is very important to know what type of skin you have to find the best methods to clean your skin. Here are a few different skin types and their descriptions:
Dry Skin. Dry skin usually tends to dull appearance, feels dry, itchy and often is sensitive. Dry skin must be hydrated regularly from the inside (with fresh water) and outside with (spraying). Also it should be wetted with moisturizers or lotions.
Oily skin. Oily skin usually looks shiny and has an oily texture. This type of skin is prone to acne. Oily skin benefits from regular treatments with herbal sprays and mud masks.
normal skin. This type of skin is a gift. It is neither too oily nor too dry. Normal skin is consistently strong, moisturized and vibrant. It is a great blessing but still requires the same attention as other types of skin. It benefits with regular cleanings and application of toning and moisturizing.
Most people have at least two different types of skin at some point in their life. Combination skin is often characterized by a fatty area called the "T-zone" covering the forehead, nose and chin; while the skin around the eyes and cheeks mouth is normal or dry. These different skin types require different types of treatments, so people with combination skin should assess their skin regularly and use different products in different areas of your face.2

Use less makeup . Using too much makeup damage your skin long term. Chances are that people do not notice the skin rash when they see the first time. If you have to wear makeup , opt for one that is just mineral or natural.6
Do not stay in the sun for long. Try to limit your sun exposure during the middle of the day (between ten o'clock and two o'clock in the afternoon). If you must be in the sun for long periods , be sure to use protection. It is best to use a wide-brimmed hat . The sunlight on your skin is a great source of vitamin D , but also you can cause wrinkles and skin cancer .
Remember to use a natural sun protector with an SPF of 15 or higher.7
Practise at least fifteen minutes a day. Exercising properly can make your skin glow . Be sure to wash your face after doing so, because the sweat and dirt can clog your pores .8
