Know your skin type. Different skin types require different types of care. It is very important to know what type of skin you have to find the best methods to clean your skin. Here are a few different skin types and their descriptions:
Dry Skin. Dry skin usually tends to dull appearance, feels dry, itchy and often is sensitive. Dry skin must be hydrated regularly from the inside (with fresh water) and outside with (spraying). Also it should be wetted with moisturizers or lotions.
Oily skin. Oily skin usually looks shiny and has an oily texture. This type of skin is prone to acne. Oily skin benefits from regular treatments with herbal sprays and mud masks.
normal skin. This type of skin is a gift. It is neither too oily nor too dry. Normal skin is consistently strong, moisturized and vibrant. It is a great blessing but still requires the same attention as other types of skin. It benefits with regular cleanings and application of toning and moisturizing.
Most people have at least two different types of skin at some point in their life. Combination skin is often characterized by a fatty area called the "T-zone" covering the forehead, nose and chin; while the skin around the eyes and cheeks mouth is normal or dry. These different skin types require different types of treatments, so people with combination skin should assess their skin regularly and use different products in different areas of your face.2

Tips to avoid food contaminationOne of the responsibilities that we have in preserving the health of the whole family is to know preserve food in good condition . We need to avoid food contamination because they can generate undesirable health problems and diseases , especially in the case of children, who are the most vulnerable of the house.

Prevent food contamination means that hygiene standards where we buy food , transfer to home , the time may be left out some foods such as frozen meats , sauces , etc. are met and conservation at home, including the storage temperature , type of cooling , etc.Causes of food contamination
Improper storage of food , one unhygienic handling of these and other causes can trigger food contamination . Never let down our guard with this so that the health of our family is not affected by it.
