Positivity and happiness is a choice and has become a habit for me.

Not 100% of the time obviously but the majority of most days.

I don't wake up happy because life is perfect but because l've survived things that tried to break me and I choose gratitude over resentment. I choose positivity and happiness.

“No” is a full sentence that doesn’t need an explanation.

No explanation needed. I call it "Experience Efficiency" and it’s a cool perspective on how I now see parties, gatherings… and honestly, life itself.

💯 I see many posts in regards to both these statements. Personally I believe both types of posts can influence our circle of friends and our children.

One type of post shows positivity and growth, the other shows that it’s “socially acceptable and cool” to be drunk every weekend.

Choose wisely how you want to contribute to the world around you.
