💯 I see many posts in regards to both these statements. Personally I believe both types of posts can influence our circle of friends and our children.

One type of post shows positivity and growth, the other shows that it’s “socially acceptable and cool” to be drunk every weekend.

Choose wisely how you want to contribute to the world around you.

I don’t need to explain or justify myself when leaving events or gatherings. I value my time, energy and peace of mind. So when I say “no” or when I leave something early it’s nothing personal to those involved. Makes my life less stressful and more enjoyable. 😊

Spoiled when a guest loves cooking, and here’s just some of the delicious highlights. ❤️

From smoked salmon with avocado and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Shrimp and mussels and pasta with a red sauce. Steak filet salad and an Asian inspired chicken soup.
