Normally our smaller Junior studios are the first to fill up. Because of a cancellation due to illness, we have one of them ( ) available:
- now until 29th January
- from 13th February until mid-April

A single room with:
- a separate half-bath
- a shower cubicle
- a good kitchen with 4 gas rings, microwave, other appliances, crockery, cutlery etc., a water cooler and sink
- queen-size bed
- hot water
- cleaning 1x per week with bed linen and towels
- ceiling fan
- a/c (not included in rent, paid on a meter)

- wifi 25 mbps down/10 mbps upload

Walking distance within 10 minutes to all of El Batey (15 minutes to the hospital). Plenty of bars, restaurants, banks, motos, colmados within 3 minutes. Beaches and supermarkets 10 minutes.
