Yesterday’s run and bike ride left my neck completely blocked from the evening breeze. 💨
After my weight training today, I went straight into cold therapy — and the relief is instant.
Cold reduces inflammation, and heat works beautifully for muscle spasms.
The best combo?
Ice first to calm inflammation, heat later to relax the muscles.
Even without stretching after my workout, my body feels longer, softer and completely reset.
Natural recovery at its best. 🧊🙏

I was explaining something to the others, but ideally you want to stay fully focused on your breath and conserve your energy in the ice.

Happy Flying Wednesday!

A little flip into Flying Śalabhāsana (locust pose) and then into a flying shoulder stand to lift the midweek energy.

My favorite “grasshopper” variation — out of the three versions we usually practice.

And this is what I love the most: movement, breath, strength, stretch, and playfulness — my favorite combination to stay light, strong, and present.

Staying stretched and flexible — both in the mind and the body. 🕊️✨

Aerial Yoga & Aerial Fitness are for every age, every level, every body.
Beginner or advanced, younger or older — the only real requirement is the courage to try something new. 🪂💫
(And of course, always considering any injury, pain, contraindications, and individual health & fitness conditions.)

I’ve been teaching aerial since last December, and one thing became very clear:
the mind shows itself in the body.

Once I had a couple in class — the man moved fast, rushed transitions, and didn’t wait for cues. I asked him what he did for work. His wife quietly said, “He’s a firefighter.”
Suddenly it made perfect sense.
A mind trained for urgency will move urgently… even in the hammock.

And that’s why we practice yoga.
To calm.
To become aware.
To slow the mind so the body can follow with consciousness and intelligence.

Safety is always first: we use a gym crash platform under every hammock, and we always have a nurse and lifeguard available.
Falling happens (three times this year), but with proper guidance and care, everyone stays safe, supported, and empowered.

Aerial is not only strength and flexibility…
It’s awareness, trust, presence, and the courage to let go.

Two paddleboard classes in a row… and yet they couldn’t have been more different.
One was full, loud, playful, almost a workout more than yoga because the youngsters kept commenting and joking.
The other? Just three people, calm, mindful, spacious… and in Czech. 😅
And somehow — that was the most challenging part.

Even though Czech is my mother tongue, my brain is now wired to teach in English and Spanish.
All my cueing came first in those languages, and I had to translate in real time.
It felt strange… but it also reminded me of something beautiful:

We teach from our patterns — and our patterns are simply pathways the brain builds through repetition.
That’s neuroscience.
And that’s yoga too.

🧠 Neuroplasticity says: what you repeat, you strengthen.
🧘‍♀️ Yoga says: what you practice, you become.

Whether it’s a quiet mindful class or a playful chaotic one, every moment reshapes us.
Every cue, every breath, every adjustment… creates new pathways.
New awareness.
New you.

And honestly?
It’s so nourishing and refreshing to teach such different classes and to be back on the paddleboards again.
Water, movement, presence… the perfect place to feel the brain and the body dancing together. 🌊💙
