Yesterday’s run and bike ride left my neck completely blocked from the evening breeze. 💨
After my weight training today, I went straight into cold therapy — and the relief is instant.
Cold reduces inflammation, and heat works beautifully for muscle spasms.
The best combo?
Ice first to calm inflammation, heat later to relax the muscles.
Even without stretching after my workout, my body feels longer, softer and completely reset.
