This training in Maxillofacial and Craniofacial Surgery, with a special focus on congenital malformations and reconstructive surgery, has been an extraordinary journey of learning and growth.

I had the privilege of being guided by outstanding mentors — Dr. Mazzoleni, Dr. Meazzini, and the chief of departement Pr. Sozzi — whose expertise and dedication have been truly inspiring. Their teachings will remain a cornerstone in my practice and in my commitment to providing the best care for patients.

Grateful for this experience and motivated to carry it forward. 🙏

🔹 ما هي الجراحة اللعابية؟
هي جراحة تهتم بعلاج مشاكل الغدد اللعابية مثل:
✅ الحصى اللعابية
✅ الالتهابات المزمنة
✅ الأورام (غالباً حميدة)

🧐 متى يجب زيارة الطبيب؟
إذا لاحظت:
🔸 انتفاخ في الفم أو تحت الفك
🔸 ألم يزداد عند الأكل
🔸 خروج قيح أو إفرازات غير طبيعية من الفم

🛠️ العلاج:
🔹 إزالة الحصى
🔹 أو استئصال الغدة في الحالات المعقدة
🔹 مع الحفاظ على الأعصاب والوظيفة اللعابية

🦷 ما هو ضرس العقل؟ ولماذا يسبب المشاكل أحيانًا؟
ضرس العقل هو آخر ضرس يظهر في الفم، ويبدأ بالظهور عادةً بين سنّ 17 و25 سنة.
وفي كثير من الحالات، لا يجد هذا الضرس المكان الكافي للنمو، مما يؤدي إلى ظهوره بشكل مائل أو بقائه مطمورًا تحت اللثة أو داخل العظم.

🔎 عندما لا ينمو ضرس العقل بشكل طبيعي، قد يسبب:

ألم مستمر أو متكرر في مؤخرة الفم

التهاب أو انتفاخ في اللثة المحيطة

صداع أو ألم في الأذن والفك

تزاحم الأسنان أو تحرّكها

صعوبة في فتح الفم أو المضغ

تسوّس أو خُراج يصيب الضرس أو الأسنان المجاورة

❗ ليس كل ضرس عقل يحتاج إلى القلع، ولكن في الحالات التي يكون فيها الضرس مائلًا أو مطمورًا، فإن القلع الجراحي يكون هو الخيار الأفضل لتفادي المضاعفات.

📸 الحل يبدأ بفحص سريري دقيق وصورة أشعة لتقييم وضع الضرس بدقة.

🩺 نصيحة طبية:
إذا شعرت بألم في آخر الفم، أو لاحظت تورمًا في اللثة، لا تتردد في زيارة الطبيب المختص.
الفحص المبكر يوفر عليك الكثير من الألم والمضاعفات لاحقًا.
