مريض وجه إلينا لإجراء عملية جراحية بسبب ثقب بسيط في طبلة الأذن اليسرى، أذن ظلّت صامتة لا تشكو شيئًا، تخفي وراء سكونها حكاية لم تُروَ بعد.
كان الفحص الأولي مطمئنًا: القناتان السمعيتان الخارجيتان نظيفتان، وإن كانتا ضيقتين ومتعرجتين قليلًا، مما يجعل استكشافهما تحديًا في حد ذاته.
غير أنّ خطًّا بنياً خفيفًا على سقف القناة السمعية اليمنى أيقظ انتباهنا، وكشف ما لم يُكتشف من قبل: آفة خبيثة في تطوّرٍ صامت، لم تُنذر المريض ولا الأطباء في أي وقت سابق.
عدوٌّ ماكر وشرس، اختار أن يتسلّل بهدوء ودهاء إلى إحدى الأذنين، بينما كان يُنفّذ في الأخرى مناورةً ذكية أقل ما
توصف به أنها مناورة عسكرية لتحويل الأنظار.

🔻 Patient qui nous a été adressé pour une chirurgie d’une perforation tympanique simple de l’oreille gauche, jusque-là asymptomatique.
Les deux conduits auditifs externes sont propres, mais relativement rétrécis et tortueux, rendant leur examen moins aisé.
Cependant, une traînée brunâtre observée sur le toit du conduit auditif externe droit attire l’attention et conduit à la découverte d’une lésion évolutive passée inaperçue, n’ayant jamais alerté ni le patient ni les médecins.
Un ennemi virulent, s’étant installé insidieusement dans une oreille, tout en menant une habile diversion le moindre à qualifier est:" diversion militaire "du côté opposé.

Both external auditory canals are clean, but relatively narrow and tortuous, making their examination less easy.
However, a brownish streak observed on the roof of the right external auditory canal caught attention and led to the discovery of an evolving lesion that had gone unnoticed, alarming neither the patient nor the physicians.
