Family constellations are a way to connect with our ancestral roots and form healthier relationships with inter-generational energies. We do this through a type of cosmic role-play, in which people from a group temporarily embody a person’s family members and ancestors.

The dynamics shown in the constellation help us find the source of patterns and challenges within the family lineage. This opens opportunities for deep healing.

Join us on May 8th for a deep dive into this powerful healing modality.

We’ll open with ceremonial cacao infused with a light microdose of psilocybin (optional), followed by a guided sound bath meditation to connect with your ancestors and to find your healing intention. This will lead us into the group constellation.
