Many people begin to notice changes in their digestion over time.
They experience things like:
• heaviness after eating
• bloating
• gas
• slower digestion
• fatigue after meals
And the explanation often becomes:
“It’s just age”
However, in classical Ayurvedic medicine, digestion is governed by Agni (digestive fire).
Agni is not fixed.
It responds to:
• the quality of food
• meal timing
• emotional state
• stress levels
• daily routines
Over time, when these factors lose balance, Agni can weaken.
And that is when symptoms begin to appear.
This doesn’t mean the body is failing.
It means the body is adapting… and asking for attention.
When Agni is balanced:
• digestion is efficient
• energy is stable
• the mind feels clear
When it weakens, Ama (metabolic toxins) can form, affecting multiple systems in the body.
🌿 A simple observation:
How do you feel after eating?
Light…
or as if your body is working harder than it should?
That answer carries valuable information.
If this resonates with you, you may want to save it or share it with someone who needs it.
