Kontroloogia teraapia on kehalistel harjutustel baseeruv füüsiline teraapia vorm, mille eesmärgiks on võimalikult hästi taastada inimese keha liikumisvõimekus ja ennetada vigastusi. Eesmärk on sundasenditest tingitud probleemidega või vigastusest taastuva kliendi efektiivne naasmine normaalsesse elu- ja töökeskkonda.

ENG: Contrology therapy is physical therapy form, based on body exercises, which has a goal to restore person's movement ability as good as possible and avoid injuries. Goal is to help people to get back to normal life and work environment after having problems from forced sitting position at work or after recovering from injuries.

Our Story

Pilates is a science. It's worth aiming for a PhD. Not on paper but in knowledge and ability. The body needs time to learn Pilates. ---------------- I am glad to see you on my page and I more than welcome English-speaking students to my classes! The original language of Pilates is English and I have done studying in this language plus had a lot of practice working with non-Estonians in Finland as well as in Estonia. In addition to trainings abroad I keep myself updated by reading articles and watching videos daily. And a lot of knowledge sharing goes on between me and my colleagues around the world.
