Emotional Healing Art Therapy Intervention

This workshop is designed to help people struggling with trauma and Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder (PTSD) .
Through painting and creation
Individuals can increase their sense of value and self-esteem by using visual and symbolic expressions in art therapy.

on the 22nd of June we are going to create artistic masks and paint on canvas using soft pastel to help express how we feel post a traumatic incident and help release trapped negative emotions and feel grounded.

• Teens usually struggle to talk about or present themselves whether emotions, thoughts, ideas.
• They get angry, worried, sad and anxious out of fear of being themselves or being misunderstood and thus keep it all in.
