1- Reflection of a full thickness flap to expose the bony defects.
2-Root conditioning using cotton pellets soaked in tetracycline solution and placed for 5 minutes.
3-Application of allograft material "demineralised freeze-dried bone graft" into the defect sites.
4-Application of a resorbable collagen membrane directly over the bone graft.
5-Follow-up after 3 months with the start of bone formation as seen on the panoramic x-ray. "hazy radiopacity"
6-Follow up is in progress till one year to observe the bone formation.

1-Clinical picture of the lesion after scaling and root planning.
2-Periapical x-ray shows angular bone loss between lower left canine and lower 1st premolar.
3-Complete excision of the lesion down to the bone leaving a one-walled angular bony defect.
4-Clinically after 2 weeks.(note: gingival recession resulted in lower canine and interdentally between it and the lower first premolar following excision of the lesion)
5-Histopathology identified the lesion as Fibrous overgrowth in reaction to local factors "reactive lesion of the gingiva"
6-Follow-up is mandatory to observe the recurrence of the lesion.
7-Regenerative surgery is recommended for correction of gingival recession and for papillary reconstruction unless the lesion recurs "after 3 months to judge"
