اي مرض نفسي ليه معادله واحده
Disease = genetic susceptibility + enviromental stress

من الاخر اي مرض ليها عاملين هو عامل وراثي وضغط
مش ديما العامل الوراثي موجود ولو موجود احيانا بيبقي قليل بس الضغط بيلعب دور اكبر في المرض في الحاله ديه
"فـ اي ضغط تقدر تهرب منو اهرب🤍"

عندما تسمح لنفسك بأن تتخلص من العلاقات المؤذيه والأشخاص الضاغطه ورواسب تلك العلاقات بداخلك ؛ وقتها تسمح لك الحياه بمعرفه أشخاص جدد يجيدون التعامل في العلاقات..
