We’re excited to introduce the Tri-Wedge™ Scoring PTA Balloon Catheter by BrosMed Medical — a powerful new tool for treatment of AVF stenosis.

Designed for precision, the Tri-Wedge™ Balloon features three integrated wedge elements that provide controlled scoring during angioplasty. This allows for:
✅ Effective dilation of resistant AVF stenosis
✅ Reduced elastic recoil
✅ Improved luminal gain with lower inflation pressure
✅ Enhanced outcomes in failing or non-maturing fistulas

A new successful Case in Treating Thoracic Aortic Dissection with futhrough™️ Needle System.
74 Y.O patient presented with a thoracic aortic dissection and dilatation of the begging of LSA ,The dissection was treated successfully by deploying a Ankura™️ stent graft to stabilize the aorta and restore normal blood flow.
To ensure adequate blood supply to the left subclavian artery, revascularization was performed using the Futhrough™️ needle, followed by gradual dilation of the opening.Finally, a covered stent was implanted in the LSA to maintain optimal blood flow.
A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated medical team in armed forces medical complex Kobri AlQoppa for their professionalism and precision in managing this complex case, leading to this outstanding success.

A Very Interesting Case !
Totally treated by Lifetech Scientific Corporation products.

A male patient, age 58, with Type B dissection involving the origin of LCCA.

LCCA & LSA were covered While deploying the Thoracic stent graft (Ankura™) for a better proximal sealing zone. Therefore, the Insitu needle device (Futhrough™) was ready to revascularize each of them using a Steerable sheath (Fustar™) to enhance the angle of puncture. Finally, (C-skirt™) stent graft for LCCA & LSA were deployed.

One of the First Ever using Insitu needle device in Egypt !

A 63 years old Male, Noted with dissection starting directly after the LSA to RCIA with several entry points. Celiac Trunk, SMA and LRA supplied from True lumen, whilst the RRA is supplied from False lumen.

The case was successfully treated using 2 (Ankura™️)Thoracic Stent Grafts from LifeTech, (Futhrough™️) the Puncture needle device from LifeTech and (C-Skirt™️) self expanding Stent Graft for LSA from LifeTech.
