{An interesting case} ...... A 12 years old patient with a history of blunt abdominal trauma (while playing with the bike) since 5 days presented with abdominal pain, anorexia and massive epigastric distension. CT abdomen was done showing a large fluid-filled pancreatic pseudo-cyst. A fistula was done endoscopically between the cyst and the stomach, and about 1400 cc of fluid was evacuated from the cyst, followed by pig-tail catheter insertion. A follow-up endoscope was done 1 week later which showed the collapsed cyst and the catheter in place.

A 25 years old female with vomiting, anemia and chronic diarrhea presented to us with f***l calprotectin above 400. Upper git endoscope showed cobble stone appearance of crohn's disease in the first and second parts of the duodenum and biopsies were taken for histopathology. The patient is being prepared for colonoscopy.

A 27 years old female presented with bleeding per re**um since 2 weeks with mild lower abdominal pain. Routine investigations was done and colonoscope was ordered, which revealed a large pudunculated polyp in the sigmoid. Snare polypectomy succesfuly was done, leaving a spurting artery at the base of the pedicle. Hemoclip was inserted rapidly and complete hemostasis was assured. The polyp was sent for histopathology and waiting the result.
