Job Summary:

Pharma Solutions is seeking a (((Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant))) to provide high-level administrative and managerial support to senior management. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordination, communication, and executive operations within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide executive-level administrative and personal assistance to senior management
2. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
3. Prepare professional reports, presentations, and management documentation
4. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
5. Support accounting follow-ups, basic financial coordination, and reporting
6. Assist in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking managerial tasks and deadlines
7. Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Male candidate is preferred
2. Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
3. Strong accounting knowledge and financial understanding
4. Proven managerial and organizational background
5. MBA in Management or equivalent postgraduate degree is mandatory
6. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with our business objectives. Provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making and risk management.
Financial Planning & Control: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Monitor cash flow, financing, and working capital requirements.
Banking Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate favorable banking facilities, loan agreements, and credit terms.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations . Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in progressive finance leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector or a multi-entity environment.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, and experience with ERP systems.
Dubai-based candidates are preferred .
