"Fit Station" is a fitness project started by a group of young individuals who are very passionate about sports and fitness. Fit Station is considered to be very unique in its kind and scope as it targets youths groups aged between 3-16 and Women by encouraging them to take interest in the world of fitness to better build their strength and conditioning; in return creating a health aware sportive generation. The idea came about following the widespread popularity of modern day fitness regimens that are now practiced and enjoyed by young adults all over the world. Accordingly, Fit Station offers a variety of fitness classes to fulfill all sports tastes such as:
Cross-fit, Insanity, Kickboxing, Yoga, Trampoline Sessions, Ballet, Gymnastics and even Break-dancing! Fit Station doesn't just aim to fuel the strength and core of the coming generations but it also aims to focus on its members' creative side by offering creative Art and DIY classes.
