Do you feel hungry and looking for something healthy to eat?
-FRUITS: all kind of fruits are healthy and full of vitamins.
-YOGURT and GREEK YOGURT high in protein and calcium. You can add few tbsp of oats, chia seeds, nuts or fruits to it.
-HUMMUS and VEGGIES: 6 tbsp of hummus for 140kcal.
-POPCORN: yes popcorn is a healthy snack,it is high in fiber
and low in calories 1 cup air-popped popcorn 31kcal.
-DARK CHOCOLATE: is a good source of antioxidants, it can improve your health.
But still it contains fat and added sugar so you can have it in small quantities.

Sweet and sour energy balls..
14 majdool dates
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cacao powder or chocolate whey protein
1/2 tsp salt
2 pieces of white melted white chocolate.
- in a food processor place dates, walnuts, almonds, orange zest, orange juice, cacao or whey protein powder and salt. Blitz until smooth
- Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- Use an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture and roll it in your hand to shape a ball. Coated with white or dark chocolate.
- Place it in a jar and refrigerate it. Can keep it up to 1 week.
