• Plan, organize and implement administrative systems.
• Enforcing office system, policies, and procedures
• Identify office needs and provide supplies
• Provide administrative support to the entire company
• Monitors the effectiveness of established processes and identify the outdated practices and developing continuous improvement processes for the administrative tasks in all the company
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
• Supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Plan office layout, develops and controls office budget, initiates cost reduction programs.
• Handles related traveling arrangements internally and for certain external parties
• Organized and manages all top management meetings and external visits logistics
• Manage messenger’s assignments and out company delivery notes.
• Maintains an archiving system for copies of different vendors contracts and client contracts
• Organize the CEO daily calendar and coordinates scheduled meetings
• Responsible for all documents need to be signed by the CEO and ensures their delivery to the
• Concerned parties.
• Perform general administrative duties including faxing, mailing, filing, and other offices
• Management related activities
Job Requirements
• 7 – 10 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Proficiency in English
