Emotional eating is normal. But it can be done in a not - so healthy - way. ๐คLet me explain..
As humans we want to feel pleasure and not discomfort. We would rather feel happy VS like a ball of anxiety on a stressful day. This is how we are wired. So itโs normal for us to gravitate towards enjoyable foods, like a brownie, when weโre feeling down.
