Still feeling so grateful for the beautiful experience of being part of the IEA Egypt Enneagram Conference 2026.

Honored to stand on that stage as Shatha Mahmoud & Rania Hussein, co-founders of وصال (Wesal), presenting “From Barrier to Breakthrough: How to Intercept the Defense Cycle.”

And a heartfelt appreciation to Rania Hussein, who also served as the Chair of the Conference and President of the IEA Egypt Affiliate, leading such a meaningful gathering with dedication and vision.

بننهي شهر فبراير واحنا بنحاول نكون أعمق وأهدى. 🌙
اتعلمنا إن الوصل مبيجيش بالزحمة والمجهود المرهق، لكن بيجي بالقبول والرجوع للجوهر. رحلتنا لسه مكملة، والوصل لسه بيبدأ.. بلا تكلّف.

في رمضان، بنقدم لك دعوة للهدوء مش للسباق. الاستعداد الحقيقي مش إنك “تصلح” نفسك، هو إنك تسمح لروحك الحقيقية تكون موجودة.. بصدقها، ببساطتها، وبدون تكلّف.
في “وصال”، بنستقبل حضورك زي ما هو، لأن الوصل بيبدأ من التصالح مع الذات.. مستعد تبدأ رحلة الوصل بصدق؟

في رمضان، مفيش داعي للجري ورا لستة مهام طويلة. ابدأ ببطء، عشان تحس بالوصل في كل سجدة وكل دعاء.

رمضان السنة دي في "وصال" هو فرصة للوصل الحقيقي؛ وصل بيخلي الطاعة طالعه بحب مش بضغط، والتغيير بيحصل بسكون مش بتكلف.
كل سنة وأنتم واصلين، حاضرين، ومطمئنين. رمضان كريم.🤍

في الإنياجرام، النمط التاني هو ""القلب"" اللي بيضم الكل، بيستمد قيمته من مساعدة غيره. لكن أحياناً وراء العطاء ده ""احتياج خفي"" للحب، وخوف من فقدان المكانة لو مأداش دور المنقذ. 🌿
الوعي للنمط ده بيبدأ لما يتعلم إن رعاية نفسه مش أنانية، وإن كلمة ""لا"" هي اللي بتخلي عطاءه حقيقي ومن غير شروط.
هل أنت ""مانح"" بالفطرة؟ وإيه اللي بيصعب عليك العطاء لنفسك
