This session invites you to discover how to recognize and intercept that cycle, moving from automatic reaction to conscious alignment.
Through interactive practices and guided exercises, participants will:
• Map their own defense cycle.
• Learn practical strategies to intercept it.
• Experience in real time what happens when the cycle is interrupted.
• Identify their personal reconciliation point, the place where what they idealize and what they avoid can meet and integrate.
Blending teaching, reflection, and experiential learning, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to go beyond defense and taste what lies on the other side: presence, authenticity, and breakthrough.
