Real assistance happens on the ground with partners who share the same vision.

This week, we were pleased to welcome Mr Ebbe A. Torp from Gjensidige to the UAE for a joint visit with our hospital partners at RAK Hospital and our LGA offices.

In RAK Hospital, Dr.Ahmed Abdelaziz , COO LGA Assistance, and Dr. Ashendu Kumar, CEO of Arabian Healthcare Group, hosted a guided visit to the facilities and ongoing developments, concluding with a rooftop lunch by RAK Hospital.

At LGA’s office, Dr. Ahmed Monir and the team walked through how LGA was built, our regional assistance network, winning ITIJ Product Innovation of the Year for HPASS, and our approach to Egypt cost containment and fraud prevention.

The visit also included a deep dive into HPASS, average Egypt case costs, and a live demo of our client portal by Dr. Ahmed Ali, showcasing full transparency on every case.
