For our Cosmeceutical Line, we are seeking a Commercial Sales Area Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.
Role Overview:
The Commercial Sales Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth. The role includes building strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage sales activities for the cosmeceutical line
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives
• Develop and execute strategic sales and business plans
• Manage retail pharmacies and stores within the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and market performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation
Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in sales and sales management within the cosmeceutical field
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and achieving performance targets
• Strategic thinking with strong market awareness
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to motivate teams
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
