The Molecular Immunology Unit is honored to announce that a new ''Gene Cloning'' workshop will be held on 4-8th of January 2014.

1- RNA extraction form whole blood.
2- cDNA synthesis.
3- Restriction digestion.
4- Plasmid mini-prep.
5- Ligation reaction.
6- Gel electrophoresis.
7- Transformation.
8- Colony PCR.

Price: 850 LE.

2- nested PCR (primary and secondary PCR)

4-extraction of DNA from agarose gel
5- genotyping by RFLP
