Nutraceuticals Factory Manager:
Responsible of the full factory operations which includes, production, formulation and inventory.
Full awareness with the end to end Food and Nutrition production lifecycle.
Full awareness of the GMP, ISO and QSR systems in the food and nutrition industries.
Full awareness of the regulations and product requirements of the Egyptian National Nutrition authority (يشترط الخبره المعهد القومى للتغذيه)
Ability to develop and manage the end to end production life cycle which includes inventory management, procurement, testing, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, product packaging
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the health and nutrition industry.
Understand the technical documentation including the nutrition facts, product composition, dosage of products and expiry dates
Awareness of the technical needs of products until they are approved by the Egyptian National Nutrition authority.
Ability to manage our research and development department in developing new products that matches the requirements of the Egyptian National Nutrition authority.
