Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Specialist with experience in the medical field. The ideal candidate will build business by identifying and selling to new prospects, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

•Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Engineering, Science, or Veterinary).
•Up to 5 years of experience in Radiology sales is mandatory, especially X-Ray and CR.
•Strong command of spoken and written English.
•Excellent communication , planning, negotiation and selling skills.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for Radiology products CRs / X-ray.
•Arrange appointments with clients and follow up on leads.
•Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
•Build and maintain positive relationships with medical staff and administrative personnel.
•Conduct all sales activities within the assigned territory in a professional manner.

Theodore Bilharz Research Institute has received the latest Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) system supported by Fujifilm Middle East, along with two advanced endoscope sterilization units .

This milestone reflects the Institute’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge medical technologies that enhance diagnostic accuracy, support early intervention, and strengthen infection control standards within specialized units.

The newly installed equipment has been put into operation under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ayman Abdel Aziz, Head of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Department, and in coordination with Dr. Ahmed Al-Ashry, whose continuous efforts supported the development process and facilitated the completion of all necessary procedures, while ensuring the highest levels of patient safety and care quality in line with international standards.

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Service Engineer to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining and supporting advanced ultrasound equipment while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Experience Required:



· Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Communication Engineering.

· Up to 3 years of experience in maintaining medical equipment, preferably ultrasound devices.

· Strong command of spoken and written English.

· Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

· Residence in Cairo is required.



Roles and Responsibilities:



· Install and configure new devices for customers and ensure optimal functionality.

· Address customer complaints, evaluate issues, and implement effective solutions.

· Inspect and analyze customer-reported issues to identify appropriate resolutions.

· Provide maintenance services during warranty periods and beyond.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns related to company services.
