10 easy ways to boost your immunity during pregnancy:

1. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables
2. Maintain a healthy weight.
3. Light excerice or walk regularly
4. Get adequate sleep
5. Try to minimize stress and make sure you have a positive environment around you
6. Add vitamin C , D and zinc to your daily Vitamins
7. Wash your hands frequently and cook meats thoroughly to avoid any infection
8. Take probiotics regularly (found naturally in foods like yoghurt) also in supplements in medical stores
9. Always keep yourself hydrated
10. Keep yourself warm

1. Regular hand washing

2. Use a tissue when you or anyone in your family coughs or sneezes, discard this and wash your hands

3. Avoid contact with someone who is displaying symptoms of coronavirus. These symptoms include high temperature and/or new and continuous cough

4.Avoid non-essential use of public transport when possible and Avoid gatherings

5. Work from home, where possible.
