Role Description

This is a full-time role for a pharmaceutical sales supervisor (Pharmacist - Vet - science) Giza governorate residents only required.

This role will be responsible for performing daily field sales supervision on medical reps, providing coaching and support and visiting HCPs and k.o.ls, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical sales is required.
Managerial capabilities , communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead effectively .
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, vet or science

The medical rep will be responsible for performing daily field sales operations and visiting HCPs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
Calibers with or without previous experience in pharmaceutical sales are welcomed to apply.

Candidates must be based in Assiut governorate with an age not exceeding 35 years old.

Job description includes:
- Coaching a medical sales representative team and leading it to achieve company's objectives.
- Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
- Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territories.
- Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.
- Secure an excellent business relation with Key customers.
- Engage and follow up with Key opinion leaders.
- Drive the company's growth based on the targets and policies.
- Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territories.
- Provide reports to management regarding team status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews as well as reporting daily activity on E-TMS Automated system for territory management.
- Following up his team members reports and field activity.
Joining his team members in field activity for checking , guidance and coaching.
- Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company’s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market for himself as well as his team members.
- Ensure compliance with all the company’s policies and codes

Job requirements:
- Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine graduate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self motivated, hard worker, team player.
- Ability to adapt and comprehend complicated data in a relatively fast manner.
- Previous experience in a similar post is required
- An excellent training program will be provided to successful candidates before market access.
