I’m holding of DBA (Professional Doctorate Program in Business Administration) from Chartered Association of business administration 2015 and master's degree in supply chain from Alexandria University 2012, E-business Master from IBM, 2001, (CISCM) Diploma - Certified International Supply Chain Manager

Worked as consultant with several companies that enabled him to expand exposure to different areas and gave him the opportunity to deal with different cultures and different types of work environments. During 14 years of diversified experience in supply chain management and strategic planning, he noted the importance of studying the human sense and the causes of resistance to change.He obtained many courses on psychology field

such as EFT, color psychology and Lucher's test, which brought him to develop Innovative Technique that connects the employee to the job
