Plan and supervise collection processes implementation progress to collect the debt, return LG and solve team’s obstacles while minimizing credit risk. Build and maintain good and balanced relationships with current and potential clients of the company

Responsibilities:
1- Oversees the debt collection process, ensuring timely customer payments.
2-Developing and implementing collection strategies
3-Managing client accounts, analyzing financial data, and coordinating with the finance department.
4-Communicating with customers to resolve issues, providing excellent customer service.
5-Preparing regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts.

Job Requirements
1- 7-10 years of experience in collections
2- Experience in Medical Sector is a must (Healthcare , Medical Devices, Pharma)
3- Debt Collection and Customer Service skills
Max age is 40 years.
4- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
5- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
7-Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.
8-Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for collections.

Job Description
Maximize cash collection by reaching out to customers to collect overdue payments and accounts, maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
Job Requirements
1. Prioritize and implement the collection action plan effectively and efficiently.
2. Apply all collection techniques and reporting serious problems.
3. Deliver the invoices to hospitals after completing the examination procedures.
4. Process, follow-up and receive payment order or the cash value.
5. Review and compare actual collections operations procedures with SAP entries data.
6. Deliver the final LG, down payments and collect the value of the LG by check payable.
7. Return all financial documents once delivery is completed and its purpose is finished.
8. Create trust relationships with debtors when possible, to avoid future issues.
9. Notify, report and follow up any problems that delay the collection process.
10. Prevent repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payments.
11. Close a specific number of collection accounts in a specific amount of time to meet the assigned target.
12. Perform any other related duties as assigned.
