♨️Minoxidil can cause Temporary TE & can treat CTE
المسبب ام المنقذ ؟؟

1️⃣Recurrent TE may be the prodroma of AGA so need minoxidil .مدى الحياه مينوكسديل

2️⃣Chronic TE is a big problem , so need minoxidil.
انتى ونصيبك ( تسحبه بالتدريج او تكمل عليه فتره طويله جدا حسب الاستجابه )

3️⃣Acute TE due to a clear cause , may need minoxidil as an adjuvant ( watter for ur scalp ) تقدر توقفه هنا وليس مدى الحياه وتعرف السبب وتعالجه .

♨️Be patient & prescribe minoxidil for all alopecias except........&.........

♨️Minoxidil withdrawal is a matter of debate ,no accurate guidlines on it , but u can decrease ( dose _ concentrtion _ .......) Waitting for bad or good news .

كل الصور المرفقه ميلانوما وبص على المخطط مهم للغايه علشان تتعلم الديرمسكوب .

➡️+Ve family or personal history with melanoma

➡️Affect Adult one nail without clear cause ( thumb , index , big toe )

➡️Triangular shape ( proximal wider than distal )

➡️Width more than 3 mm with irregular borders.

➡️Pigmentation of nail fold.

➡️Nail dystrophy _ bleeding.

💯Dermoscopic features

➡️Irregular ( coloration + spacing + thickness + parallism )

➡️Micro hutchinson sign.

Biopsy : whole lesion by tangential matrix or longitudinal excision .
