We’re looking for a motivated and organized Studio Manager (Substitute) to join the Project Pole team and support our studios from February through June.
📝 Timeline:
• February & March: Unpaid training period
• April, May & June: Paid position
💼 Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily studio operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
– Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
– Collect and act on feedback from instructors and students
– Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and overall standards
– Work efficiently with studio management systems (bookings, reports, operations)
– Provide structured reports on performance and improvement opportunities
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
– Project Pole Members only
– Full-time availability and strong commitment
– Excellent customer service and people skills
– Previous experience in management, customer service, or fitness studios is a plus
– Ability to follow systems, processes, and workflows
– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Passion for fitness, wellness, and community-driven spaces
