Vacancy in El Mohandseen / Cairo for secretary
Fast Growing International Pharmaceutical Company working in the field of Export. We are looking for immediate hiring of a female qualified office secretary to run marketing & sales tasks. with the following:
Qualifications:
• B.A with 3-5 years of experience in the same field or in similar position
• Perfect in English&preferably French language
• Experience in dealing with logistics& pharmaceutical data analysis
• Expert with Excel , power point presentations & internet usage
• Age Up to 28 year
Job Description:
• Day-to-day operation, targeting and maintaining sales and staff records
• Has knowledge of marketing & sales Systems
• Assist in develop and implement department policies and procedures
• Write all different kinds of report writing & business correspondence
• Deal with logistics via telephone and email inquiries, using a business e-mail
• Photocopy, fax and print various documents as needed & perform the appropriate filling system
• Keep diaries and arrange appointments
• Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
• Order and maintain stationery and equipments available
• Organize travel flights, hotel reservations and accommodation as needed
