📚 Module 1: Differential Gene Expression Analysis
📆 Duration: 2 weeks (8 hrs / 4 hrs per week)
✅ Access GEO and SRA databases
✅ Perform differential expression analysis using DeSeq2/RStudio
✅ Conduct enrichment analysis (GSEA, STRING)
✅ Validate DEGs using HisgAtlas & Kaplan-Meier survival plotter
🧫 Module 2: Protein Modeling
📆 Duration: 1 week (4 hrs)
✅ Predict and visualize 3D protein structures (SWISS-model, AlphaFold, Phyre², BIOVIA Discovery Studio)
✅ Perform Ramachandran plot analysis
