STS is registered as a training centre with CIEH and HABC, two of the UK’s leading awarding body for vocational qualifications in accredited food safety, and health and safety STS AS A TRAINING CENTRE:

• The company has been trading in the UK since 1991 (formerly as ‘Just Hygiene’), and has delivered food safety training courses to clients such as The Womens Institute (WI), The Womens Royal Voluntary Service (WRVS), and Essex County Council.

• STS is registered as a training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), and Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), two of the UK’s leading awarding body for vocational qualifications in accredited food safety, and health and safety. STS is currently working towards registration with the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).

• Accredited courses can only be delivered through registered training centres, using registered trainers, to ensure they meet the Awarding Body’s standards in knowledge, experience and training ability.

• STS now has a number of trainers, both in the UK and Egypt, who are registered with UK Awarding Bodies, enabling us to offer UK accredited courses in English and Arabic. We also have highly qualified and experienced Egyptian trainers, enabling us to offer bespoke courses, on request. .

• The Company Director, Susan Reed, is a UK citizen with over 25 years experience in the enforcement of food safety legislation within Local Government in the UK. During this time she has also become an experienced trainer, both within Local Government and independently, and is approved and registered with CIEH and HABC as a trainer.

• STS is based on Susan’s experience in the field of food safety, and UK food safety standards.
