A smile makeover isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about function, harmony, and long-term stability.
After completing orthodontic treatment, this patient was referred to me to enhance their smile. The patient had a missing permanent lateral incisor, so I reshaped the permanent canine to serve as a lateral incisor, creating a more balanced and natural look.
Additionally, I restored the primary canine with a composite filling to keep it functional until the patient reaches adulthood. Despite the natural shade differences—since primary teeth are whiter and permanent canines are darker—the goal was to achieve a seamless, natural appearance. A small yet impactful transformation for both function and beauty!
