The ERCP Fellowship Course was an intensive and enriching program designed to strengthen both knowledge and practical expertise.

The fellowship included 2 days of lectures combined with hands-on training, allowing participants to deepen their theoretical understanding while actively refining their clinical skills under expert supervision.

This was followed by 3 days of hospital-based patient observation, where fellows gained invaluable real-time exposure to case discussions, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making in a live hospital environment.

A special thank you to Dr. Mohamed El-Gohbary, Dr. Mohamed El-Nady, and Theodor Bilharz Research Institute for their mentorship and support.

Throwback to 16 February in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

On 16 February, we had participated in a successful and engaging event in Saudi Arabia. The event brought together professionals for a day of learning, collaboration, and shared expertise.

The hands-on station for gastroenterology focused on Gastric Mucosal Ablation (GMA).

The session offered practical exposure to the technique, covering key procedural steps, MOVIVA device handling, and workflow considerations in a clinical setting

We would like to thank ERBE for organizing this great event and for giving us the opportunity to be part of it. We truly appreciate the collaboration and look forward to working together again.

We are proud to share a historic milestone for ROEYA Training Centre.

For the first time ever, the full experience of the ROEYA Mobile Endoscopy Training Center will be presented on the global stage at Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2026 — the world’s premier meeting for gastrointestinal professionals.

This presentation represents more than an abstract. It represents a journey.

Over the past years, ROEYA has developed and operated what is today considered the only fully integrated Mobile Endoscopy Simulation Training Center worldwide — delivering structured, simulation-based education across more than 35 countries and training over 10,000 physicians.

What began as a vision to bridge the educational gap in growing emerging markets evolved into a scalable, multi-country educational model. A model that brings high-level endoscopy simulation directly to regions where access to advanced training infrastructure is limited.

The accepted abstract, “MOBILE ENDOSCOPY TRAINING IN GROWING EMERGING MARKETS: MULTICOUNTRY EXPERIENCE OF A MOBILE TRAINING CENTRE MODEL,” will present the operational framework, research outcomes, and real-world impact of this unique mobile simulation ecosystem.
