الصداع من ارخم الحجات اللى بتخلى الواحد مش قادر يركز فى شغله و يستمتع بأى حاجه بيعملها .
ناس كتير بيقعدوا يلفو على دكاتره كتير و يضطروا يعملو اشاعات و تحاليل كتير مكلفه و الموضوع بسيط انه يتشخص باختبارات فقط و تحليل لوضع الجسم و اذا كانت المشكله فعلا جايه من الفقرات. طريقه علاجها بتبقى سهله جدا و طبعا بتفرق فى جوده الحياه و نفسيه الشخص .

تمرين السكوات ممكن منقدرش نعمله بالشكل المظبوط لو عندنا مشاكل فى المدى الحركى فى الظهر او الحوض او القدم ، المشكله اللى فى الفيديو كانت بسبب الحاجز النسيجى الليفى fascia اللى عامله زى الشبكه اللى بتزحلق العضلات على بعديها ديه حلها بسيط بشويه ستريتشات. و تمارين حركيه mobility خدت مننا بالظبت 3 دقايق و حسنت انحناء الظهر فى السكوات زى ما هو ظاهر فى الفيديو الاولانى.
Squatting exercise can be dysfunctioned if there is a mobility problem in back , hip , ankle , the problem in the video is the tightened thoracolumbar fascia , the solution is so easy , it includes stretches and mobility exercises . It took 3 minutes drill only to. Achieve the result in the video .
