After four years, this chapter has come to an end.

Working alongside migrants from so many different countries has been one of the most grounding and meaningful experiences of my life. People who arrived in Egypt carrying stories shaped by difficult circumstances back home yet they showed up with open minds, strength, and an incredible sense of dignity.

They were some of the most contained, kind, and resilient individuals I’ve ever met. Despite having less, they gave more. Generosity, patience, laughter, and perspective. Being around them taught me lessons no textbook ever could, about humanity, empathy, and what truly matters.

Over these four years, I’m deeply grateful to have contributed to their well-being, to have learned from their kindness, and to have walked beside them through this journey until the very end of the program.

This experience has shaped me more than I can express. I leave with a full heart, endless gratitude, and respect for every story I was trusted with.

Some endings don’t feel like losses they feel like quiet victories✌️

I’ve been reflecting for a while on life and love.
On the unspoken connections that can quietly form between people—yet linger in the mind, heart, and soul.
Unresolved feelings. Unfinished beginnings. Closures that never happened.

And how this world has turned us into machines, barely giving us the chance to pause and reflect on how to truly build connections that nourish the soul and mind.
We’re constantly consumed—by work, family responsibilities, relationships, friendships, even fitness and what we eat or don’t eat.
In the middle of everything we’re told to care about, we forget to care for our true selves.

The self that God created to be raised, valued, and loved.
The self that gets lost in the chaos of life.

We’re all hustling, often without intention. Without meaning. Without purpose.
Just living lives shaped by what we’ve been told:
Get a job—even if you don’t love it—just to pay the bills.
Fulfill needs that were never ours to begin with, but were created by society.
Get married—not necessarily out of soulful connection, but because the profile looks right.
Check the boxes. Stay within the lines.

Bury the things we truly long for.
And quietly regret the things we never had the courage to chase.
