Pt was complained from R. R of upper 5 so we extracted it then made a filling for carious upper 4&6
The made a prep for bridge construction
Notice that due to pt was heavy smokers we gave made a fixed prosthetic shade just little lighter than his teeth to made a symmetry after smoking or drinking tea

Pt was complained from repeating failure of composite to an endo ttt for lower 5 also he has extracted lower 6 so we offered a fixed prosthetic choise and the result was amazing with good fit prosthetic at mahmoud dental lab and shade matching
Note:he was a tourist from Ukraine
