It’s moving before you’re sure, because waiting for certainty could cost a life.At Egypt In-Touch Assistance, we often speak about the quality of our training and the professionalism of our team. But sometimes, a single event brings that mission to life in the most powerful way.

Yesterday , a wife called our hotline, deeply concerned about her husband. She reported sudden blurred vision, slurred speech, dizziness, generalized weakness, and near-syncope. Our employee on duty recognized this wasn't just a collection of symptoms.

Acting with exceptional speed and precision, our team mobilized a well-equipped ambulance with a medical crew. In less than 20 minutes, the patient was en route to the nearest capable hospital.
Our employee's suspicion was tragically correct: the patient was diagnosed with an acute cerebrovascular stroke (CVA). Because of that critical, swift intervention—the "golden hour" in stroke care—the patient received immediate treatment, significantly improving their chances of recovery and saving a life.
We are so proud of our team member 🌹 . This was not just procedure; this was wise, quick, and compassionate action. It's a profound reminder that behind every call, every protocol, is a human life.
