In adults with hypertriglyceridemia (150-499 mg/dL) with CVD or who are at higher risk for ASCVD, the use of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) (icosapent ethyl [IPE]) is suggested in addition to statins. However, the use of EPA plus docosahexanoic acid (DHA) in addition to statin therapy is not suggested in adults with hypertriglyceridemia (150-499 mg/dL) with CVD or who are at elevated risk of for CVD.

POTASSIUM CHLORIDE

Benefits:-

prevents and treats low levels of potassium in your body. Potassium plays an important role in maintaining the health of your kidneys, heart, muscles, and nervous system

Dosage and administration

Treatment of hypokalemia:

• Adults: Initial doses range from 40-100 mEq/day in 2-5 divided doses: limit doses to 40 mEq per dose. Total daily dose should not exceed 200 mEq
• Pediatric patients aged birth to 16 years old: 2-4 mEq/kg/day in divided doses; not to exceed 1 mEq/kg as a single dose or 20 mEq whichever is lower; if deficits are severe or ongoing losses are great, consider intravenous therapy. Total daily dose should not exceed 100 mEq

How to use:-

Take each oral potassium chloride dose with a meal and full glass of water or other liquid to lower the chances of stomach upset. Don't take oral potassium chloride on an empty stomach.

What are the symptoms of potassium deficiency?

weakness.
feeling tired.
muscle cramps.
confusion.
constipation.
an abnormal heart rhythm (arrhythmia) skipped heartbeats or an irregular heartbeat.
tingling or numbness.
increased urination.

Note:-

The body needs the micronutrient's vitamin K and potassium to continue working properly. Although people sometimes confuse them with one another, the two aren't the same. Potassium is a mineral and not a vitamin, and the two nutrients function differently in the human body.

Cream, Lotion, or Ointment?

الطفل ممكن يسنن طبيعي من عمر 4 شهور وحتى 15 شهر

يعني لو الطفل سنن اول سنه عند عمر 15 شهر يبقى طبيعي ومش متأخر... تقول الطفل متأخر في التسنين لو كمل 15 شهر بدون تسنين خالص

الكالسيوم ممنوع بدون تحليل دم نتأكد ان مستوى الكالسيوم بالدم قليل لأنه ممكن يسبب أضرار لكلية الطفل

بلاش حقن زي الديفارول وغيرها مضرة للطفل

بلاش فيتامين د نشط زي وان الفا

الفيدروب كافي للطفل

لحد عمر سنة ٤٠٠ وحدة يعني ٤ نقط مرة يوميا

بعد عمر السنه ٦٠٠ وحدة يعني ٦ نقط مرة يوميا

بلاش نستعجل على التسنين ونستخدم كالسيوم او حقن

طيب نعمل ايه مع

١ - ممكن نعمل #تدليك للثه الطفل باصبع الام برفق بعد غسل اليد جيدا

٢- ممكن استخدام #عضاضه لينه بعد تبريدها بالثلاجة وليس بالفريزر

٣- ممكن استخدام بعض انواع #المسكنات زي الباراسيتامول وهو أمن جدا من اول يوم في العمر

٤- ممنوع استخدام جيل التسنين اللي يحتوي على البنزوكايين لانه ممكن يسبب الوفاة لاقدر الله

ياريت ناخد بالنا ومش عشان نسكت الطفل ويبطل عياط نستخدم جيل التسنين

تقليل التهابات مجري البول
لكن .... التعقيم لو هتسأل عليه ... كوبايات بلاستيك او اكياس
و نعمله ف البيت
وبخصوص العصاير اللي مش مستحبه اقل من ٥ سنوات للاطفال بنحاول نقلل منها قدر الامكان علشان الالياف حاجه مهمه وصحيه للاطفال
و بخصوص السكريات الصريحه
و بخصوص السكر و العسل و الملح الممنوعين اقل من سنه
