طب ايه نوعه 👀
◾Type : synovial .. hing joint
بيسمح بالحركة في محور واحد بس و هو الأفقي horizontal axis و بالتالي بيسمح بحركتين بس 🤏
و هما
Dorsiflexion
Plantar flexion
هنتكلم عنهم بعدين لا تقلق 😂💃🏼

1- inferior surface of lower end of tibia
2- lateral surface of medial malleolus
⬅️ عندي ال medial malleolus of tibia ليه 2surfaces
واحد medial و التاني lateral
ال medial surface ده subcutaneous اصلا 🤷🏻‍♀️
يبقي ال lateral surface داخل معانا في ال articular surfaces
3- medial surface of lateral malleolus
⬅️نفس الحوار اللي قلناه فوق 👀
ال lateral Malleolus of fibula ليه 2surfaces

و ال medial داخل معانا في ال joint

نيجي بقا لل capsule
◾Capsule
زي اي capsule بيحيط بال articular surfaces و
attached to the margins of the articular surfaces proximally and distally

⬅️في اي hing joint
ال 🔴anterior, posterior of capsule 🔴بيكون weak شويه عشان يسمح بال flexion و ال extension
لكن ال 🔴medial, lateral aspect of capsule 🔴
بيكونوا thick عشان يمنعوا adduction and abduction

و مادام thick يبقي فيه ligaments تقويه ناحيه ال medial , lateral
يلا بينا نشوف ال ligaments دي 🏃

♦️Medial lig. ( Deltoid ligament ) ♦️
ال deltoid ligament من اقوي ال ligaments في الجسم كله 😎 بعد
Iliofemoral ligament
Sacroiliac ligament
قلناهم لما شرحنا ال hip 👀
⭐shape :
شكله مثلث triangular واخد شكل الدلتا فافتكره بقا deltoid زي الدلتا 🌚

طبعا هو علي شكل مثلث فأكيد له apex , base
Its apex is attached to the tip , ant. , post. borders of Medial Malleolus

🌼 Inferior
ال base بقا بتمسك في حاجات كتشييير اوووي 😂🌚

ال talus بس خلي بالك بتمسك في مكانين فيها 👀

3️⃣ ال calcaneus فيها projection ( حتي زايده يعني ) اسمها⚡ Sustenaculum Tali ⚡ دي برضو بيمسك فيها

ال spring ligament ده موجود بين ال Sustenaculum tali ( نسيتها و لا ايه 🙂)
و navicular bone

عبارة عن 3bands مفصولين عن بعض

⭐ anterior talofibular ligament ⭐
واضح من الاسم كده أنه بيمتد بين lateral Malleolus و neck of talus
و بيكون horizontal
⭐Calcaneofibular ligament ⭐
ده Strong band 💪
برضو واضح من اسمه أنه بيمتد بين tip of lateral malleolus و lateral surface of calcaneus
و بيكون vertical زي ما واضح في الصورة 👀
⭐ Posterior talofibular ligament ⭐
ده بيطلع من mallolar fossa و بيمشي بشكل أفقي و backward لحد ما يوصل ل posterior process of talus

◾ Movement
زي ما قلت فوق أنه ال ankle بيسمح بحركتين بس 🤏
Dorsiflexion
Plantar flexion
⬅️ال dorsiflexion مسؤولة عنه عضلات ال anterior compartment of leg ( اوعي تكون نسيت 😢)

✍️النهارده موضوعنا عن ال lateral compartment of leg
(حاجه بسيطه جداا ومش هتاخد وقت خالص لانهم عضلتين بس) يلا بينا ي دكتور🤸

🛑زي ما قولنا ال boundaries بتاعت الant compartment وسهل علينا المره ال فاتت هنقول بتاعت الlat
1-Ant.intermascular septum
2-post.intermascular septum
3-lat.surface of fibula
4-deep fascia

وبكدا تقدر تتخيل العضلات هتكون فين 👀 ويلا ع اول عضله 🏃

🛑1- peroneus longus (fibularus longus)

📢ولو فاكر ف البوست ال فات كنا بنقول ان بعض الكتب بتقول ع الfibula اسمperoneus

👉Origins: upper 2/3 of lat.surface of fibula
👉Insertion : lateral side of medial cuneiform and base ot 1st metatarsal bone

📢ولو فاكر قلنا الانسيرشن ده ف عضله قبل كدا بس هناك كانت dorsal surfac كانت ايه؟🤔
صح هي ال tibialis anterior ولو ماافتكرتش مش مشكله ارجع للبوست 😌

🛑2-peroneus brevis( fibularis brevis)

👉Origin: lower2/3 of lat.surface of fibula

📢لاحظ هما الاتنين 2/3بس واحدخ ابر والتانيه لور

👉Insertion: tuberosity of 5th metatarsal bone

📢ها فاكر ان ف عضله اسمها peroneus tertius كان ليها نفس الانسيرسن بس dorsal

اظن كدا جمعت البوست ال فات بده وخلصنا سهل اهو😂

استني انت مش ملاحظ ان ماقولتشN.S and Action�

Ant. Sup. Iliac spine ( A S I S )
🔴insertion:
Upper part of med. Surface of tibia.

🔴action:
هنعرف دلوقتي ازاي الخياط بيستخدمها
اول حاجه بيحط رجل علي رجل
Putting the lower limb in the classical cross leg position of tailor by acting on both hip and knee joints by :
1. Flexion, abduction,lat. rotation of the thigh.
2. Flexion med rotation of the leg.

It has 2 head
🎈Straight head : from ant.inf.iliac.spine
(A IIS)
🎈Reflected head: above the superior rim of the acetulum
ال 2 head بيتحدوا مع بعض و يروحوا يعملوا
🔴Insertion:
Upper border ( base) of the pattela

♠️بعدين هنتكلم عن 3 vasti
🍀vastus lateralis:
It is the largest component of quadriceps muscles.
🔴Origin:
1. Upper part of intertrochanteric line
2. ant&inf. border of the greater trochanter
3. later lip of gluteal tuberosity
4. lat lip of upper 1/2 of linear aspera
🍀vastus medialis:
🔴Origin:
1. lower part of intertrochanteric line
2. Spiral line
3. Med lip of linear aspera.
4. Upper 1/2 of med. supracondylar ridge
🍀vastus intermedius:
🔴Origin:
1. Upper 3/4 of ant. lat. Surfaces of femur
2. lat. intermusclar septum of the thigh
• طب احنا خلصتا الorigin العضلات بس مجبناش سيره الinsertion action و الns فين هما بقي🤔🤔
• اصبر بس دول اسهل حاجه بعد ما تعرفهم هتتمني ان كل العضلات يكونوا زيهم 😏😏

1.لل4 عضلات بيكونوا مع بعض lig اسمهpatellar lig
Which arises from the apex of the patella &passed downward to get final insertion in the tibial tuberosity

🔺️عندي branch بيطلع من femoral n بيروح لل vastus medialis بيحمل proprioceptive fibers بتروح لل knee joint
🔺️نفس الشئ في برضو branch بيروح للre**us femoris بيحمل proprioceptive fiber لل hip joint
🔴Action:
• كده احنا عرفنا ال originوالinsertion واحتا عارفين ان action عباره عن ان يحصل cont في m ف ال insertion يقرب من origin
تخيل بقي ان دا حصل في العضلات الي اخدناه انهارده
• ها تخيلت مبروووك كده عرفت action ال 4عضلات 👏👏
The 4 muscle are the main extensor of the knee joint
لكن في عضله منهم بتشتغل علي hip وهي re**us femoris
Re**us femoris flex the hip joint .

هنحط خطوط عريضة كدا نمشي عليها وهتريحنا خاص باذن الله
🍎 These ms are deep to gluteus maximus
🍎 These muscles arise in pelvis and coming out from greater sciatic foramen 🍎 their action in lat. Rotation of the thigh (hip joint)
هنبدا باذن الله بالترتيب كل عضله من اعلي ل اسفل يلا بينا ⛷️
⚪piriforms m.
🍒�Origin: ant. Surface of middle 3 sacral pieces
🍒Insertion: the top of greater trochanter
🍒Action:. lat. Rotation of the thigh
Nerve supply: branch from sacral plexus s1,s2
⚪ Obturator internus
🍒Origin :inner surface of oburator membrane
*Front &side wall of pelvic cavity arround the margin of the Obturator foramen
🍒 Insertion: med. Surface of greater trochanter
🍒Action: مش هقول لا 🚶👀
Nerve supply:🍒n.to Obturator internus from sacral plexus
Superior gemellus⚪
🍒Origin: Upper boundary of lesser sciatic notch
🍒 Insertion: upper boarder of Obturator internus tendon which is inserted in med. Boarder of greater trochanter
🍒 Nerve supply: n.to Obturator internus
⚪ Inferior gemellus
نفس اماكن ال. Superior gemellusبس من تحت بقا ف ال lower part.
🍒Origin:lower boundary of lesser sciatic notch
🍒 Insertion: lower boarder of Obturator internus tendon
🍒Nerve supply: n. To Quadratus femoris ضحكت عليكوا العصب مختلف عن ال sup. Gemellus وبتاخد زي العضله اللي تحتها وهي Quadratus femoris muscle👀😂
⚪ Quadratus femoris
🍒Origin: lat. Border of upper part of ischial tuberosity
🍒 Insertion:quadrate tubercle of femur
Nerve supply: n.to Quadratus femoris من اسمها 👀
⚪ Obturator externus
🍒Origin : 2 outer
*outer surface of Obturator membrane+outer margin of Obturator foramen
🍒 Insertion: trochanteric fossa
🍒Nerve supply : post. Division of Obturator nerve
