هي أسم ياباني معناه " التطوير المستمر " .
و أحنا عباره عن نشاط طلابي خيري أصلاحي .
هدفنا : تطوير مستشفي الدمرداش بالأجهزه ( سواء طبيه أو غير طبيه ) عن طريق العمل الخيري
رؤيتنا :
أننا نجمع كل طلبه طب عين شمس علي الهدف ده و بعد كده نبقي مؤسسه غير هادفه للربح تجمع الشعب علي تطوير المستشفيات المصريه المجانيه

'Kaizen' is a Japanese word that means 'continuous development',
We are a student-run charitable activity that aims to renovate El Demerdash Hospital with devices, whether medical or non-medical, through charitable work. Our vision is to share this goal with all Ain Shams students, and then to be a non-profit organisation that brings people together to develop and renovate Egyptian hospitals.

عمرك حسّيت إن ده مش مكانك؟
وإن مهما ذاكرت لسه بتغلط حتى لو في أسئلة سهلة؟!
الإحباط بعد الامتحان إحساس طبيعي، والخطأ مش معناه الفشل أو إنك أقل!، ولا بالضرورة إن المكان ده مش ليك!، بالعكس دي علامة إنك بتحاول وبتتعلّم ✅.
أحيانًا بس بتكون محتاج نفَس أطول ومحاولات أوسع!.
لو الإحساس ده عدّى عليك قبل كده، افتكر إنك مش لوحدك، وكلنا بنحاول 🫱🏻‍🫲🏻
