It is always a pleasure to guide those that find me for a Yoga practice. Yesterday was super windy and was threatening rain, but these ladies still wished to practice in the elements of nature. We had a super nice practice together while the wind blew all around us and we could hear the roar of the ocean hitting the rocks below. 💜🙏🏼🌈🌬️✨

I invite you to join me for a yoga practice. These women contacted me separately through my Google account and together we planned classes and times to suit them which ended up with us practicing together 3 mornings at 10am 🙏🏼 while they were on holiday. They even planned to see Tenerife together which was wonderful for me to see their connection through my classes. I always offer a nice and friendly space. I hold classes on Tuesday at 6pm and Friday at 10am, but I’m flexible ( pardon the pun! )to fit into your holiday, work or daily life schedule 🙏🏼 you just need to ask 😊

I will have just returned from a retreat in Ibiza feeling refreshed & renewed.
Full of inspiration & looking forward to sharing a beautiful class.
It will be gentle with intentional movement to release & unwind your bodies. While creating calm to take you into your day.

Just a little bit of an introduction. ( she takes a bow ) Yoga shouldn’t be scary to those that haven’t tried it before or those that feel that they couldn’t keep up with their teacher. Yoga is for everyone looking for some movement & a little time out for their wellbeing. Hi.
My name is Sarah.
I have been teaching yoga here in Tenerife south for the last year and a half after moving here in 2023.

I have practiced yoga for over 25 years.
I fell in love with the mind body practice that left me feeling strong, yet calm, while giving me stability in my everyday life and supporting my well being.
I decided to do my yoga teacher training in India in 2013 which was an amazing experience followed up with many different teacher trainings and workshops.
🙏🏼I love sharing the knowledge I have with the yoga students that join me when I’m teaching.

✨I would like to say that my classes are very friendly. A little bit playful, adapting the poses to support those in my classes, this allows all levels from beginner to intermediate students to get the most out of the practice.

🌴Yoga is a great way to start your day. Waking up your body with a good stretchy workout can set you up for the day! If this sounds like you?
Join me 10am on Saturdays

🌅Or maybe a Sunset yoga session is what you need to help you to relax into your evening.
