After beautiful and heartfelt celebrations, that warm aftertaste stays with us for days — memories that remind us of the magic we lived through, even as life slowly returns to routine and we begin to look forward to the next special moment.

This time, after Walk for Life energetic and beautiful event, I was left not only with emotions… but also with a physical gift to myself! A talisman.
A book of drawings and poetry by the author Gregorio Sosa ,dedicated to his wife in her fight against breast cancer.

To me, it’s one of the most touching forms of dedication — when a person expresses their emotions, their view on life, and their love through words that connect like pearls of a necklace, complemented by deeply emotional illustrations.

Receiving this magical book from the author himself feels like a true blessing. 💗📖✨

20 years of the Walk for Life – Carrera por la Vida Foundation! 💗🥁

This year we celebrated the annual walk in the rhythm of drums — without stopping the dance step for even a moment. Together we completed 4 kilometers, using the power of movement and sound to shake off negative thoughts, release illness from the body, and fill ourselves with smiles, positive energy, and love for the year ahead.

The joy is immense — and the positive impact becomes a hundred times stronger because we support each other. We walk to support women and men living with breast cancer, to bring hope, strength, and connection to every person on this journey. Being a team, being part of our pink family, familia rosa, means the world to me. 💗

Once again, thank you to each and every one of you. And congratulations to the Carrera por la Vida Foundation on this wonderful 20th anniversary. Here’s to many more years of health, unity, and hope! ✨💪🌸

Why this reaction–jump game is so important for child development ✨

In this exercise, the child jumps to avoid the rolling balls. It looks like pure fun — but physiologically, a lot is happening:

🧠 Reaction Speed & Neural Pathways
When the child sees the ball moving, the brain must quickly process visual information, decide how to react, and send a signal to the muscles.
This strengthens the connection between the sensory system (eyes) and the motor system (legs + core).

⚡ Coordination & Motor Planning
Jumping at the right moment trains coordination, because the child must judge the direction, distance, and speed of the ball and plan a movement instantly.
This builds motor planning, a key skill for all sports and daily activities.

👣 Balance & Proprioception
Each jump challenges balance. The child learns to stabilize the body using the core, hips, and ankle muscles, improving proprioception — the sense of where the body is in space.

Quick, explosive jumps activate the fast-twitch muscle fibers in the legs, supporting healthy development of strength and lower-body power.

“People often ask me: Laura, what’s your secret with vitamins? What do you take to always be so energetic, joyful, and active?
And I always smile… because my real secret isn’t in capsules or powders.”

Yes, I’m a 45+ woman, a mom of three, a wife (also a full-time “job” 😉), and a trainer with more than 20 sessions a week. But here’s the paradox — my sessions aren’t always physically heavy. Very often they are “brain workouts”: I work with people’s bodies, their psycho-emotional state, their breath, their movement quality.
And believe me — working with knowledge and the mind sometimes takes even more energy than working with muscles.

So my secret isn’t magic pills, but my lifestyle, my movement, my attitude, and the love I have for what I do.
But… let’s be real. In the autumn–winter season, when the workload is high and intense, it’s simply impossible to get everything the body needs from food alone. The body starts whispering: “Hey girl, I need some support!”

And that’s when I turn to vitamins in shop Smartly, consciously, professionally. Want to say thank you 🙏

its roots connecting you to the earth, its height reminding you to rise,
its scent clearing the mind and opening the heart.

The Canarian pine teaches presence.
It teaches patience.
It teaches softness in strength — and strength in softness.

Practicing yoga with this tree is like entering a natural temple:
the air becomes lighter, the breath becomes deeper,
and the body remembers its natural harmony.

Grateful for these moments of connection — with nature, with movement, and with myself. 🤍🌿

Being a physiotherapist doesn’t mean staying only in a clinic room.
I bring physiotherapy into the gym — where movement happens, habits change, and real transformation begins.

1️⃣ I blend sports medicine, physiology and movement therapy
Over the years I’ve created my own unique method — a mix of rehabilitation, functional training, mobility, breathing, and body awareness.
It’s not just about exercises… it’s about understanding why your body works the way it does and how to make it work better.

2️⃣ I break stereotypes
Many people still believe:
❌ pregnant women shouldn’t train in the gym
❌ strength training is “dangerous” or “too much” for women
❌ physiotherapy can only happen on a massage table
But this is outdated.
With the right guidance, movement becomes medicine — at every age and every stage.

3️⃣ Physiotherapy belongs in the gym
Rehabilitation is not only about “rest” — it’s about teaching the body to move efficiently, safely and with confidence.
In the gym I can help clients:
✔ rebuild strength
✔ correct posture and breathing
✔ reduce pain
✔ prepare for surgeries or recover after them
✔ move without fear

“Little Spider” – A Powerful Play Exercise 🕷️

This simple game is actually a complete kinesiotherapy exercise for children aged 3–5 years.
Through play, the child strengthens their body, mind, and focus.

🔹 Balance & stability – moving on hands and feet teaches the child to control their body in space.
🔹 Strength – builds the shoulder girdle, core, arms, legs, and abs.
