Such a lovely welcome back to Tenerife with a gorgeous group of yoginis in their lush holiday villa this morning (swipe for the stunning setting!) 😍

Followed by a solo 11:11 on 11/11 meditation & manifestation on a very busy beach (...with no f's given!) The Ocean was a bit wild which gifted a great soundtrack 🎶🌊

As always, I sent waves of love & light to my loved ones, deeply connected to the raised vibration of gratitude, and reignited my intentions ✨

Calm in the 'chaos'

I can't decide if the best thing was the delicious food, the awesome souls, the beautiful yurt, being on the teacher mat, being on the practitioner mat, ...or the delicious food! 🤪🍰😅

One thing for sure is that life throws us all curveballs aswell as blessings, and yoga & cake in good company always, always, always helps raise your vibe!

Whatever wave of life you're experiencing I truly hope that you connect with a healthy self care practice, that you are brave enough to reach out for support when needed, and that you never stop being kind 🙏🌏💕

Thank you universe: for your little twists, turns, redirections and signals 🙏🕉

Last weeks' yoga classes were disrupted by the sprinklers going off in the original yoga spot 🧘🏼‍♀️💦🤣

...but we managed to find this beautiful "secret garden" instead 🦋🌺

Not only did this magic space enhance our yoga sessions, it became a place of sharing, laughing, honouring, holding space and trusting in the universe again 🦢💜💫

I always feel grateful for the lovely connection private yoga sessions create, these ones were truly elevated by appearances of the animals living by the pond 😍🥰

Spent ageees sourcing cotton with the certified trademark of for these goodies 5 or 6 years ago!🕉

Happy to see that there's now many more stores & brands that have caught up here in Tenerife and also shopper-bags are now the norm! 🙌

The doodles of my favourite which created date back much further but I still wouldn't change them! 💜

My favourite for today is letter "A" ..I can't work out how to "strikethrough" text on Facebook so you'll just have to have a look! 😅

This weeks' view 😍

Doing what you love for a living does NOT come without dedication & sacrifice 💯

Sure, sometimes it seems 'easier' to go back & pick up your where you left it ↗️

Enjoy the healthy salary and combat (...& the cold...) with a regular yoga practice & being closer to loved ones ⚖

(*political sh*tshow aside obviously!) 🤯
..but when you get the opportunity to directly weave in "your previous life" experience into the life you love... in the warm climes of
.. it's just magic 💫

This week I've been working with a company recently awarded "best company to work for in Portugal" 🙌

Introducing amongst other health & wellness techniques to enhance overall on their corporate 🕉

Interweaving & reinstating the of their goals during the sessions as per client request 📈
..but of course I delivered that in a way i feel most appropriate in the workforce : with emphasis on 💜

We give the best of ourselves in an environment where we feel respected and 🧠

Pressure to perform can be intensely overwhelming for some and positively stimulating for others🚦

Knowing yourself; what makes you thrive, what you can use in stressful situations to enable you to successfully deliver without costing your health (..or punching your boss!)🤪

Our working environments have a MAJOR impact on our lives, that is entirely obvious. Thankfully many companies are recognising the importance of employee ✅

Some have acknowledged this simply due to bottom line increase when the workforce is happier ...and some because they actually CARE ☯️

I like to work with the latter, for a matter close to my heart 💔
..and well ¿how nice would it be to live in a world where we all felt valued and appropriately rewarded for our efforts? 🙋‍♀️

To end this essay(!) I feel it imperative to emphasise the fact that our IS extremely important: efforts SHOULD be made by companies...
..but ultimately your your mental health, your ... is your (please reach out to helpful, trustworthy sources if needbe) 🙏
