Most people treat breathing techniques like a bed time ritual.
But they are a SKILL- and skills only work when you use them the moment you need them.
During g the meeting that makes your chest tight. Before the presentation. When anxiety arises. When the urge hits and you want to give in to your habit ( smoking etc…).
That‘s where you interrupt the old pattern and build a new one.
