Have you ever noticed how your body reacts to your own thoughts?

Tight chest.

Shallow breath.

Tension in your shoulders. Sleepless nights.

Or maybe — space.

A deeper inhale.

A sense of steadiness.

The way you speak to yourself is not just “mindset.”

It is physiology.

Your nervous system listens to every sentence. The mind, teh body, our nervous syustem are linke dtogether, they are one.

When your inner voice says,

“I can’t handle this,”

your body prepares for danger.

When it says,

“I can take this one step at a time,”

your body begins to regulate.

This is the work I do with adults every day.

We change thoughts, also the automatic ones.

We change the state of the nervous system.

If anxiety, stress, or constant inner pressure feel familiar to you, it may not be a personality trait — it may be a dysregulated nervous system. IT might be your habit of thinking (without being aware of it)

This is a feedback document that just came back to me, after I've finished working with a client weeks ago.

"What did you like best?"
> the fact that she guides your train of thought until you reach your own answers.Agnes never finishes a session without reviewing the headlines of the sessions and the milestones you reach. She also makes sure to start exactly where you letf it on the next session. Her ability to truly listen and read between the lines is outstanding. I’ve done lots of therapies in the past, and this one in particular is amongst the most efficient ones I’ve done. Her work is well structured, time efficient and if you do your homework it works, or at least it has worked for me.

Wow! I honestly couldn’t believe it myself and was so proud of my client 🤍

In just 4 weekly sessions, a client moved from moderate anxiety levels to almost none.

What makes this even more special: she didn’t come to me for anxiety support.

She came for daily structure, habit change, and mindset work—both physical and mental—especially around deep-rooted negative beliefs shaped by growing up autistic.

Through our work together (including hypnosis and habit re-patterning), her anxiety levels naturally shifted.

For context:
• Before starting, her GAD-7 score was 10 (moderate anxiety)
• In session two, her BAI score was 17 (still moderate)
• After session four… a score of 2 ✨

But numbers aside, the real transformation is this:
After a lifetime of believing she was “different” or “less” because of her neurodiversity, she learned to see herself with
Respect, Compassion, and Value.

Now she:
✔️ Knows and honors her limits
✔️ Takes care of herself without guilt
✔️ Has supportive daily habits that reduce anxiety and overwhelm

I’m incredibly proud of her—and she’s proud of herself too. And that’s what truly matters 💛

Being present with what is.” 🤍
This is what we’ve practiced during yesterday’s 75-minute yin and mindfulness class: staying present with both comfort and discomfort.
Our yoga practice reminds us to keep showing up even when things don’t go well. There is a lot of difficult news at the moment, internationally and also here in Spain. The recent accident reminds us not to close our eyes or seek only bliss. 🙏🏼✨ Instead, we practice keeping our hearts open, even when it feels uncomfortable.
With this in mind, I am sharing my weekly schedule. Let’s continue practicing the skill of being whole, fully human, just as we are… with each other 🫶🏻✨

“You see the picture. You are not the picture.”

This is a phrase I’ve been repeating in my yoga classes these days - and my therapy sessions as well.

So often we are pulled away by the body, by what w e believe to see, by what we think is true.

We become the picture instead of the one observing it.

One of the gifts of my own practice is learning to become a witness to what is.

The more we identify with the picture, the bigger the trouble.

The moment we step back into awareness , space appears and something softens .

This phrase represents the essence of my work- on the mat , in the room, in life.

If willpower was enough, we'd all be drinking green smooties at sunrise, meditating for an hour, and never touching our phones in bed...ooops..😅.

Using willpower can even worsen your habit. Habit is like a muscle and fatigues over time. In case you get tired and give in, you'll be first of all discouraged. But your habitual cycle strengthens every time you give in again- and it becomes more difficult to break.

It's never about the habit- you don't need your ci******es, nor emotional overeating. Real change happens when you address what stands behind your habit. Body, emotions, and mind need to be worked on and understood.
When working on habits, I want you to feel safe doing things differently, but also to actually look forward! Yes, it can be exciting to change! Not stressful.

That's what I help my clients with- using hypnosis, mindfulness, CBT, to reprogram their habit loop and reduce the stress beneath it.

🌿 Whether it's smoking, nail-biting, scrolling or emotional eating- change can feel calm, and relieving!

But with awareness and acceptance, there’s space for growth, freedom and self empowerment.

Hypnosis isn’t about someone doing magic to you (sorry, I know - disappointing! Some people approach me hoping for that, and I always have to clarify 😃).

It’s also not about losing control.

Think of it like guided mindfulness- helping you tap into the most powerful tool you already have: your mind 🌱
It’s about learning to consciously use what you have previously allowed to happen unconsciously.

Wether it’s breaking habits, reducing stress, or boosting confidence or when feeling low- hypnosis helps you focus your mind, not trick it.
